I’m Vanessa
Vanessa, a name of Greek and Latin origin, coming from the goddesses Phanessa and Venus, a genus of butterflies… The transformation of a caterpillar to a butterfly is magical. The butterfly must enter its chrysalis to be reborn. Their metamorphosis is a metaphor representing spiritual rebirth, transformation, change, hope, and freedom. Butterflies demonstrate the importance of going within ourselves, surrendering to detach from old versions of us & evolve with the new parts of self. I believe we can only experience life & meet people as deeply as we have met ourselves. Going deep involves a willingness to transform into the highest version of ourselves as the energy that heals you is the energy you become.
As a Reiki Practitioner and a Life Coach, I intend to show up as a middle world worker, with healing hands & strategies to help you heal past traumas thus releasing stagnant energy from your body to open channels of new energy to flow in.

With an emphasis on shadow work, healing, grace & self-love—I serve as a guide that leads you through shadow work & honoring your inner child to release beliefs, behaviors and coping mechanisms that have been keeping you stuck.
